For this year’s retreat we went deep into to the Hölloch cave (everyone came back out) and while we were there, we also celebrated Sara’s birthday with a nice cake!

Nina Schmolka has joined our lab as an EMBO postdoctoral fellow. Nina studied immunology and during her PhD studies in the Silva-Santos Lab in Lisbon she worked on epigenetic mechanisms in T-cell differentiation. Recently Nina received an EMBO long-term postdoctoral fellowship to join our group. Congratulations!

Welcome Rodrigo!
Rodrigo Villasenor Molino joins our group as a postdoctoral fellow. Rodrigo performed his PhD studies in the group of Marc Bühler at the Friedrich Miescher Institute in Basel.
